ATEX Appraisal

Founded by Ion Caza, a licensed appraiser, builder, and realtor, ATEX Appraisal has captured the mortgage market in the Metro Detroit area and with it, a big contract from HUD. Within just the last couple years, we have evaluated over 1,000 foreclosed properties. Our team is composed of Certified Residential Appraisers with expertise in the market and dedicated to the work they do.

ATEX Invest

As leading experts in the market, we receive daily requests from investors across the United States interested in profiting off the incredible return rates in Southeast Michigan. We also provide services for overseas clients. We are constantly expanding our portfolio of investors.

UApraze

The ultimate compliment to the process, UApraze cuts down the time it takes to complete an appraisal by 60%. For many appraisers, it eliminates turnaround times allowing them to complete more in less time. UApraze automatically collects and parses target properties and comparables into forms and eliminates most of the tedious process. UApraze is developed in-house for the Windows operating system.
